The information we collect is simply used to verify that you are who you say you are.  We are 100% discreet.  So much so that only one (1) person ever sees this information.  No one will ever know that you use our service.  We could not stay in business if we violated the trust of our clients.  We welcome new clients and want you to use our service.  However, screening is required to assure a pleasant working environment for our girls so we can not be lax or bend the rules on this.

1) Required fields are marked with an asterisk.

2) You do NOT have to fill out every field.

3) You must provide either your employment information or two verifiable references for approval.

4) If you do NOT have a home phone you must provide your address.  (You can put your cell in that field to keep the form from being rejected)

5) Do NOT put self-employed. List the company name instead

6) If you submit references be sure to include all of thier contact info including website URLs

7) Be honest with all information you provide.

8)  Let us know how you wish for us to notify you of your approval..

Once approved you will be issued a client code and can use our service anytime!
